The Community based Inclusive development (CBID) program aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities by providing access to health, education and livelihood activities.
Services:
- Support through assistive devices and modifications.
- Physio and Occupational Therapy to persons with disabilities.
- Training to persons with disabilities and their caregivers in physical exercises.
- Facilitating persons with disabilities to fulfill the requirements of disability certificate/disability Specific Computerized National Identity Cards (SCNIC).
- Screening of School children between 5-14 years to detect persons with disabilities.
- Engaging community workers/volunteers in CBID activities.
- Facilitating persons with disabilities to learn technical/vocational skills while engaging them in income-generation activities.
- Facilitating persons with disabilities and community to form Self Help Groups (SHG).
- Increase Advocacy and Community Mobilization through ACSM activities.
